Annual General Meeting
Notice of Annual General Meeting:
Caravan Industry Association of Western Australia Inc.
As a current financial member, you are invited to attend our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Caravan Industry Association of Western Australia Inc (CIAWA).
2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The details of this meeting are as follows:
Date: Thursday, 26th November 2020
Time: 4:30pm – Arrival and Registration. 5:00pm – AGM commences
Place: CIAWA Office – Unit 6, 35 Tamara Drive, Cockburn Central, Western Australia

If you cannot physically attend the AGM but would like to attend through technology, please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a Zoom Meeting attendance request.
At the meeting, members will have the opportunity to:
- Find out about CIAWA’s operations and finances;
- Speak about any items on the agenda;
- Vote on any resolutions proposed.
At the meeting, members will be asked to vote to:
- Accept the Minutes of the 2019 Annual General Meeting;
- Accept the 2019-2020 Auditor’s Report;
- Accept the 2019-2020 Annual Financial Statements;
- Appoint an Auditor for the 2020-2021 Financial Year.
Please note that Associate Members and Industry Associate Members are not eligible to vote on any matters at the AGM.
Following the AGM will be a networking function with light refreshments served. This is also an opportunity to meet with our new CEO, Julian Barry who has recently joined the Association.
